Case Reports

Patients frequently call our office looking for "testimonials" from patients we have treated. A case report is similar to a testimonial, but is published in a medical journal. An article by Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez and Dr. Isaacs published in the January/February 2007 issue of the peer-reviewed journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine included more than 30 case reports of patients with properly diagnosed cancer who responded to this nutritional/enzyme treatment. Please note that Federal privacy regulations prohibit our identifying patients by name or giving out their contact information.

Dr. Isaacs' article Evaluating Anecdotes and Case Reports can help you learn to recognize a well-written case report or testimonial. It was published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine in the March/April 2007 issue.

To address the common request for "statistics" for a given condition, Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Isaacs wrote the article Statistics: Why Meaningful Statistics Cannot Be Generated From a Private Practice, which demonstrates why this question is difficult to answer.
