The announcement list platform, AWeber, is not HIPAA-compliant. Nothing about your medical condition is or will be stored on this platform. Dr. Isaacs will only send general announcements via the system; nothing about any patient’s specific situation would be included. From a theoretical perspective, if AWeber's system is hacked, the hacker might be able to tell that you are a patient – but nothing more.
